The building consists of an underground car park for 26 spaces, three premises on the ground floor, one on the first floor and a total of 13 homes, spread over two communication hubs. The homes are of different sizes: 85 m2, 120 m2, 140 m2 and 180 m2, so they can serve users with different profiles. To take advantage of the good orientation of the facade, we wanted all the houses to have a terrace on the street, with a sufficiently pleasant size. The variety of uses and types of housing that exists has been tried to be standardized in the facade by making the slabs stick out so that the variation of openings between floors is included in a higher group that gives it order.
