On this 3,400 m2 plot, a complex of 7 semi-detached homes was built, with a shared pool and three isolated duplex homes, also with a shared pool, on top of a semi-underground parking building with 21 spaces. In the semi-detached homes, the maximum adaptation to the terrain has been sought, the minimum expression of a two-bedroom home, good orientation, views and privacy of each apartment. In the isolated homes, apart from a more contemporary image, good orientation, solar protection and views have been sought as much as possible, through multiple terraces, porches and overhangs.
