House in Carrer Major in Colònia de Sant Pere

House with ground floor and first floor projected in collaboration with the master craftsman Jordi Ribas. It was thought from the very beginning with bioconstruction rules and sustainability. The project was materializing with organic forms, looking for the best orientation, the good views and optimizing interior spaces. The house is attached to a dividing north wall, with a porch on façade and a south yard that surrounds all the building. In the main space, the fireplace is like a central pillar from where the joists leave, like a tree covering the rooms.
