House in Carrer de l'Amor in Manacor

Home of one of the partners, it was thought and built following sustainability rules, efficient energy and health, therefore, with bioconstruction rules. It has been experimenting with many alternative construction systems, ecological materials, efficient facilities, passive systems, etc. The construction started with geobiological study of the site, and continued with a distribution which looked for wide and flexible spaces, without forgetting compactness in order to liberate the backyard.
