House in Carrer Amistat in Manacor

This house is absolutely marked by the measurement and form of the plot where the building is placed. The site is long and narrow (3x30m) with inputs and outputs, and in a narrow street. For this reason, the house is designed with a patio on façade which provides light and privacy to the rooms to street, and another patio which connects the living room with a nice exterior area, with porch and barbecue. An elegant compensated staircase, lit from above, communicates all the floors and organizes the rooms to one side and the other, looking at the street or looking at the patio.
